ANTIGRAVITY 101 INTRODUCTION TO HAMMOCK

Perfect for the beginners, this class will introduce you, step-by-step, to AntiGravity techniques. AntiGravity 101 Introduction is designed to familiarize you with the hammock and show playful and challenging ways to vary workouts. You will learn all you need to know to safely flip, fly and practice inversions with confidence. We invite you to discover the power, excitement and pure joy of moving freely in all directions of open space.

ANTIGRAVITY AERIAL PILATES

AntiGravity® Pilates is an extraordinary new extension of the Pilates technique which allows you to practice Classical and Contemporary Pilates in the hammock. This suspension training program uses the Harrison AntiGravity Hammock as a single apparatus to replace all the other conventional devices (Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel,…). In addition, you will find traditional Pilates mat exercises that have been adapted for the hammock. As well as exercises that allow for effortless decompression and alignment of your spine. ANTIGRAVITY AERIAL YOGA

AntiGravity Aerial Yoga is an innovative combination of traditional yoga poses and aerial arts using the hammock to increase muscle tone, flexibility, mobility through reverse traction, suspended asanas, flying vinyasas, and levitating meditations. You will develop a unique kind of strength, body awareness and well-being. This class is a full-body workout without the stress of holding and balancing challenging yoga poses, with the added fun and benefit of flight. It also provides an experience of sublime relaxation as you float wrapped in the cocoon of your silk.

AERIAL KIDS & TEENS

Aerial Kids and Teens class is an innovative and fun technique specifically designed for children ages 7 to 13. Join us for 60 minutes of creativity and fun in the hammock. In this class, we learn how to safely flip and fly while building strength in the muscles, improved balance, coordination, and proprioception. This class is also wonderful for building healthy posture, confidence and social skills.

ANTIGRAVITY MEDITATION IN THE HAMMOCK

AntiGravity Meditation offers relaxation, restoration and rejuvenation in the hammock. Learn to let go of daily stress and deepen the breath as you unwind in our AntiGravity hammocks. This guided meditation will consist of Reiki energy healing, sound healing tones through crystal bowls and harp, pranayama breath work and aromatherapy. Each layer of this meditation will assist you in finding deeper states of inner peace while connecting you to a rested body, mind and soul.

ANTIGRAVITY RESTORATIVE YOGA & HEALTHY SPINE

AntiGravity Restorative Yoga & Healthy Spine is the gentle and rehabilitative version of AntiGravity Aerial Yoga open to all fitness levels. This class will float you through a series of kind, soothing motions in the hammock to completely release all the tension in your body. By stretching in proper alignment you will relax the tightness in the back muscles, correct your posture, create natural traction in your spine and quiet your mind. The weightless support of the hammock will allow you to safely glide to the extent of your flexibility with zero compression on the joints. It is a practice of pursuing enhanced awareness of body, mind and spirit as well as repairing and healing the body.

ANTIGRAVITY GENTLE AERIAL BODY FLOW & MEDITATION

AntiGravity Gentle Aerial Body Flow & Meditation is perfect for all fitness levels. Through a series of full-body, gentle and warming, meditative movements in our hammocks, we will release tension in the muscles through deep stretches while cultivating mindfulness and presence. In addition, this class will assist you in cycling healthy chi through the energy meridians and chakras. Other benefits of this class include: lubricating the joints and opening space in the body and mind. At the end of class, enjoy the sensation of antigravity in an integrative meditation as you calm and quiet the mind. You will have the opportunity to enjoy final relaxation adjustments and aromatherapy.

MUM AND BABY

This class is designed for post pregnancy mothers where babies infancy up to 18 months are welcome! Strengthen and tone the body while rehabilitating the abdominal and pelvic muscles. In addition, during this class we will work on toning the booty and legs.  This technique comes from Europe where post pregnancy rehabilitative care has been practiced for many years. Workout while keeping quality time with your baby and meet new moms too!

PURE PILATES

This class is a unique and challenging way to build strength in the core, improve balance, coordination and flexibility. Using a system of controlled exercises that engage your mind, and give you a calorie burning workout. While focusing on toning muscles. You will get stronger, more sculpted muscles, gain flexibility and see a real difference in your body after 10 classes. Improve your strength, endurance and flexibility! For all fitness levels, no prior experience is necessary.

 

PILATES ABS&BOOTY

Pilates Abs&Booty is a perfect class to strengthen and sculpt your body, targeting your glamour muscles: the booty and the abs. This intense training works on all, even the deepest layers of muscles. Focusing on toning the abs, and firm and lifting the booty. Using a variety of equipment to keep the content fresh and challenging. You will see very quickly amazing results.
